Shipping and PickUp Details
Thank you for your support and patience as we continue to grow and navigate all the logistics as a small business. For now, we're only offering local shipping, along with a convenient pickup option—we’ll reach out to coordinate a time to meet in person.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via reputable carriers and expedited shipping options for faster delivery. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
PickUp Details: When selecting the pickup option our team will reach out and coordinate with you a time and place to meet in person.

Returns and Exchanges
At Olé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@olethebrand.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Returned items for a refund must be in their original condition with tags attached and unused. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For Exchanges, once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you promptly. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment, depending on the circumstances.
